Crafty Christmas gifts

Being a Crafty Teacher comes in handy when you need a gift (or two) to give at Christmas. Needing a few stocking fillers for family, I rummaged amongst my pieces of art and jewellery and found my Pebble Robin Keepsake (perfect for mum) and my silver wire wrapped sea green sea glass pendant (that sister had her eye on anyway). However, there were two pieces that I had to make especially- one for my (will one day probably be) son in law and another for sister. Jake likes seals so I made a piece from pebbles and sea glass with a ‘Sealy Me’ phrase added. For Joanne, I had found some nice pieces of sea pottery in Anglesey and so used them to make two girls, holding hands with the phrase ‘sisters’ above. Both were well received and Jake’s mum now wants one with penguins.
